This policy explains what information petzuno.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website; the Petzuno app will have its own policy when it launches.

What we collect

Early-access sign-ups: your email address, and if you choose to tell us, the kind of pet you have and the emirate you live in. We also record which page you signed up on and, if you joined through a friend's invite link, who invited you.
Contact messages: your name, email address and message.
Usage data: we use Google's tag (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used, such as pages visited and the device and country they're visited from.
Weather checks: the Safe to walk tool asks Open-Meteo for the weather at the emirate you pick. We don't use your device's location.

How we use it

To send you your early-access invite, your personal invite link, and news about the Petzuno launch.
To count how many friends joined with your link, so you get the perks you've unlocked.
To reply to your messages.
To improve the site.

We don't sell your information. We use Brevo to store the waitlist and send emails, and Google Analytics for site statistics; they process data for us under their own terms.

Cookies

We use a cookie to protect forms against abuse, a cookie that remembers a friend's invite link for 30 days so they get credit when you join, and Google Analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until the app launches and for as long as you stay subscribed to launch news. Contact messages are kept as long as we need them to deal with your request.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email [email protected].
