Dog-friendly Dubai Marina: where you can (and can't) take your dog

Dubai Marina has a big dog-owning community, but it's an area where you need to know the rules. Pet policies are set building by building, and busy public spaces are often off-limits to dogs: look for signs before you walk the promenade, and don't take dogs onto JBR's public beach.

For a coffee with your dog, the Marina's pet-friendly terraces are the easy win; for off-leash play, the nearest fenced dog park is in JLT Cluster V, just across Sheikh Zayed Road.
