Jumeirah Lakes Towers is one of Dubai's most dog-friendly apartment neighbourhoods. Its lakes are ringed with shaded paths (with waste-bag dispensers along the way), it has a fenced off-leash dog park in Cluster V, and several cafés around the lakes welcome dogs on their terraces.
One catch: dogs aren't allowed in the central JLT Park, so head to the Cluster V dog park for off-leash play.
